Gypsum (calcium sulfate) – 50 g – Structural and mineral additive for substrates

Our gypsum (calcium sulfate, 50 g) is a proven additive in mushroom cultivation and is frequently used to improve substrates and grain spawn. It not only ensures a loose, crumbly structure, but also provides important minerals such as calcium and sulfur, which can support mycelial growth.

Gypsum prevents substrates such as grains (e.g. rye, wheat, millet) from clumping together and improves aeration and water distribution in the nutrient medium – both important prerequisites for even and vigorous mycelial growth.

Areas of application:

• Addition to grain spawn to improve structure and nutrient availability
